Kathmandu Forge is a Nepal-based workshop specializing in handcrafted and traditionally forged products made in Nepal.

By using this website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
Our products are individually handcrafted, so minor variations in size, texture, color, finish, hammer marks, and natural materials may occur. These differences are part of the handmade character of each product and are not considered defects.
Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight differences between images and the final delivered product may occur due to the handmade nature of our work.
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.
Kathmandu Forge reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing or product information error, an availability issue, a payment problem, suspected fraud, or another reasonable circumstance. If your order is cancelled for these reasons, any payment already made will be refunded.

Some products sold by Kathmandu Forge, including certain forged blades and traditional tools, may be subject to age restrictions, ownership restrictions, or import bans in certain countries or regions. By purchasing from Kathmandu Forge, you confirm that:
You are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and use the product in your location, and You have independently verified that the product may be legally imported into and owned in your country, state, or region.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to check local laws before ordering. Kathmandu Forge does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of owning or importing any product and is not liable for orders that violate a customer's local laws.
Custom, personalized, engraved, or specially commissioned products are made according to customer specifications. Once production has started, these orders are generally not eligible for cancellation or return due to a change of mind. Please carefully review your specifications before confirming a custom order.
Eligible standard products may generally be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition. Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for using, storing, and maintaining products properly and in accordance with applicable laws.
Kathmandu Forge is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or unlawful use of any product.
All original Kathmandu Forge content, including our logo, photographs, product descriptions, website content, graphics, and designs, belongs to Kathmandu Forge or its respective rights holders.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kathmandu Forge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from misuse of products, incorrect customer information, customs restrictions, shipping delays, unauthorized modifications, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any legal rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kathmandu Forge harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of a product, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or import regulation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence grant you additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or an order will first be addressed by contacting us directly to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect once posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or placing an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
